Description → Lucien Elsen opened Mesa Verde in 1990, he was the pioneer in vegetarian macrobiotic cuisine. Mesa Verde is a true mycrocosm. The decor is the result from a collaboration with various local artists. Mesa Verde has a beautiful organic terrace that is under the shade of a large chestnut tree, beautiful during the summer. From June to September, a rich and diverse cultural program takes place at Mesa Verde (live bands, DJs, street theatre etc).
