Ramblin’ South

Ramblin’ South encompasses the rough and warm essence of the South, inspired by Rock, Blues and Jazz. Founded back in 2015 in Rumelange, the band plays their own compositions and covers. Influences: ZZ Top, Freddy King, Muddy Waters an Rory Gallagher.

The bands highlights so far include performances at Blues Express in Differdange, Fête de la Musique Dudelange and Luxembourg, Blues ‘n Jazz Rallye in Luxembourg, CCRD Op der Schmelz, Nancy Web-TV, Rocklab Studio Sessions and regular gigs in local bars and pubs.

In September 2019, Ramblin’ South won the Blues Contest in Luxembourg and qualified to represent the Grand Duchy at the European Blues Challenge held in Malmö, Sweden, in June 2022.

Based in Luxembourg, Ramblin’ South is a dynamic band that captures the spirit of southern rock, blues, and jazz. Since forming in 2015, the band has quickly become known for their powerful performances at notable venues and festivals across Luxembourg.

Noteworthy for their vibrant live performances and Lisa’s captivating vocals, the band combines original compositions with skillful interpretations of classic tracks. Their prowess earned them the top spot at the Luxembourg Blues Contest in 2019, leading to their participation in the European Blues Challenge in Malmö in 2022.
