Heavy Petrol is a Luxembourgian blues band, founded in 2011. The band’s sound is strongly influenced by artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter and Joe Bonamassa.
Heavy Petrolhas has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Brother Dege & the Brotherhood of Blues, Allman Betts Band, Ana Popovic and Junior Mack, and has regularly performed on the stages of the “Blues ‘n’ Jazz Rally” and “Blues Express” festivals.
Heavy Petrol represented Luxembourg twice at the European Blues Challenge: 2013 in Toulouse (F) and 2019 in Ponta Delgada in the Azores (PT).
